My Birthday Suprise

For my birthday this year Donovan surprised me with a party with my family, he put a lot of thought and effort into this surprise and I appreciate all that he does for me and for Connor. I am married to such a wonderful man and I am thankful for the joy he brings into our lives.

Thanksgiving Point Farm

The Hunting Boys

This weekend was the start of the bow hunt. Donovan loves to hunt and has been so excited to take his son hunting. This Saturday was the first time that Connor went hunting with his Daddy and Uncle Anthony and of course they all had such a blast. Donovan bought Connor his own toy bow and he also has his own set of binoculars, Donovan and Connor love to watch hunting videos and they watch them on the nights that I am at work. Connor loves to look for deer and asks for his bow and tries to get them when he sees them he is definitely making his Daddy proud. Movie Night

This Friday we stayed home and had movie night, it was a fun night with our little family, and this boy loves popcorn he ate the whole bowl by himself, and he has asked for popcorn every night

Flaming Gorge Vacation

We go to Flaming Gorge every year with my family, this year only my parents were able to take the trip with us, but we still had tons of fun. Donovan grew up going to Flaming Gorge with his family I as so glad we can start this tradition with ConnorConnor loves to be outside and he loves to campConnor roasting marshmallows, of course by himself he did not want any help and insisted he did it himself Connor was so excited even if there were burned to a crisp

Every year when we go to Flaming Gorge we always take the tour at the Dam

We all went on the boat and went night fishing. Of course Connor wanted to help his Daddy. Donovan got a little frustrated with how fast Connor was reeling in the line so he handed Connor the pole and said he would never catch a fish that way, and not even a minute later Connor got a bite and caught his first fish. He was so excited, we stayed out on the water a little longer and Connor caught another fish. So on Connor's first fishing trip he caught 2 fish

Connor took a nap everyday on the boat, the 2nd day he told me Mom I need and nap and crawled underneath the seat and fell asleep. My sweet baby boy is getting to big to fast last year he fit underneath the dash this year he was double the size.

We stopped in a cove to swim and Connor jumped off the boat into the water landing on me and almost sinking us both

We had such a great time camping I love Flaming Gorge and we look forward to many more years of family fun

These are the moments that I treasure! This evening Connor told us that we needed to go outside so that we could all play baseball, I love this boy and I love these sweet memories of our little familyConnor actually does really well and hits most of the pitches that we throw
