Water and more Water :)

This is a swimming pool that we bought for Connor I thought it would be a great idea to have a really big pool for him to play in. Donovan was of course right when he said it was to big and he needed something smaller this year. The pool is way to big and holds way to much water, so I bought a smaller pool and stored this one away for next summer. Connor loved playing with the hose and filling up the pool he was fine until he found out how cold the water in the pool was and he did not want to swim in it at all, oh well another lesson learned. It was still fun to watch him play in the water!!!!

Camping at Yuba

We went camping a couple weekends with Chris, Amber and their little boy Kyler, and also my brother and sister in law Anthony and Lori. It was such a blast we had so much fun. This was the first time camping with Connor this summer, he of course loved the water and the dirt and played and played all day. Connor did okay on the boat but he sure did not like mom and dad wakeboarding he screamed the entire time when Donovan or I went out into the water, but then was fine was we got into the boat. Camping was a blast and I look forward to more camping boating trips this summer!!!!

Memorial Day 4-wheeling

Connor fell asleep the last few minutes of the ride

We went 4-wheeling on Memorial Day up in Kamas behind my old house with our friends the Morris family, it was a lot of fun Connor loves to ride the 4-wheeler and he actually kept his helmet on his head his and didn't even try to take it off sometimes he amazes me. The only problem is we kept running into snow, what is up with all of the snow still hanging around when it was almost June.

Connor

I know I am behind in writing these but late is better than never, at Connor's 16 month Dr appointment these were the stats:
Height: 35.5 inches
Weight: 25 lbs
Head Circ: 18.8 inches
Connor is officially off the charts for his height, he doesn't even fall on the curve he is above the 99th percentile in height, 50th percentile for weight, and 50th percentile for head circ, Connor is the average height for the 27 month old toddler.
Time flies, Connor is such a joy in our lives he is growing bigger and more independent every day, Connor is saying more and more his favorite words are, no, bye-bye, mama, dada, thank-you, all done and amen. Connor is a happy boy that loves to laugh, clap, and play and play and play. Connor loves water and of course outside and the dirt. Connor loves to go to the park and slide and swing but only if I do not help him he is very independent. Connor is such a blessing in our lives and he brings so much joy into our home!!

Fun at the Cabin

We took Connor to Donovan's parents cabin for a weekend, it was a lot of fun and he loved to ride 4-wheelers and of course play in the dirt.

First Trip to the Zoo

I think that Connor's favorite part of the zoo was the water ball at the entrance of the zoo. We took Connor on the train at the beginning he was not so sure but at the end he loved it and did not want to get off. Donovan and I had a lot of fun taking him to the zoo as a family, I am sure we will have many more trips to come.

Family Trip to Idaho

Connor's cousin Donald had a blast going down the slide with him!!
The three Behunin grand kids all at the park having fun.
All of Donovan's family drove to Idaho for a wedding, unfortunately most of trip the I did not have my camera with me, but we went to a park in the next town and let the kids play. It was a lot of fun and Connor loved the wedding reception, I wish I had pictures of him dancing, he danced and danced and danced and would get upset when it would come to a slow dance, it was so much fun to watch him enjoy the music.

Connor loves to put on shoes, especially since he can do it without any help, so throughout the day he goes to my closet and to his room to put on new shoes.

Park, Park, Park

Connor loves to go to the park and play, he can go get himself situated and go down the slide by himself, he loves all slides and it does not matter how tall he will go down it and laughs once he gets to the bottom. Connor also loves to swing he does really well of holding on without any help and he kicks his legs to try and go higher, it is so much fun to watch him grow he is getting so big, and he is very independent, sometimes I wish he would stop growing so fast but that is what kids do they get bigger in the blink of an eye!!

Connor helping Donovan dig the sprinkler lines for our backyard
Uncle Anthony came over many hours to help Donovan get the backyard done so Connor could have green grass to play on.

Easter at the Grandparents

Of course Connor got more easter goodies at both my parents and Donovan's
Connor loved the easter eggs and opening them to see what was inside

Connor's first easter egg hunt last year he was still to yound but this easter he really had a lot of fun hunting around the house to find easter eggs!

This is all the grandkids and great-grandma Behunin, it is always hard to get the kids to hold still and look at the same time so this is the best picture we could get!!
