These past couple of weeks have been a lot of fun!! Connor is now starting to roll over, we are saying good-bye to the days of being able to leave him on the couch or on the bed without being worried now we have to keep a good eye on him.
This is Connor's favorite toy he loves to get his hands on the frog in the middle and make him sing it has been a lot of fun watching Connor get more coordination with his hands and actually being able to grab the toys on purpose not just by luck!

I just had to take a picture of Connor all bundled up this was his outfit for his first long walk around the neighborhood it was a lot of fun to watch his eyes get big at all of the things to see in the outside world, but of course he soon was soundly asleep in his stroller!
Connor continues to grow bigger and bigger we have now had to put most of his 0-3 month clothing in storage bins because he is to big. He is still able to fit in the 0-3 month onsies but he is so long his pants have become capris and I am having a hard time finding any pants that fit around his waist and are also long enough. I guess I will have to invest in pins. The joys of having a growing boy who will probably taller then his dad. I have really enjoyed my time with Connor at home and I am sad that in another week I will have to go back to work it is only going to be a couple of days a week but it is still going to be hard :( I am just very lucky and glad that Connor has started to sleep through the night on most nights. He goes to bed around 830 and then wakes up around 700am which I am suprised he sleeps that long considering all he wants to do is eat and then eat again. He sure is growing big and both Donovan and I love to play and spend time with him some days we just wish he wouldn't grow so fast!!!!
This week sure has been busy. We blessed Connor on Sunday and we had lots of family that attended, after the blessing we had a luncheon at our house we counted over 60 people in our house at one time it was sure crowded but wonderful! The hard part was preparing for all of those people luckily I have great family support and they all helped me tons I don't think I could have done it without them. It was really neat to have so much family support my grandparents from Oregon were here last weekend and they even flew back into town just to be at the blessing. Even my grandma who just had knee surgery came for the occasion. It was a lot of fun!!

Connor is getting so big he is now sleeping in his crib at night and just when I think he is getting a routine he switches it up but luckily some nights he does sleep for 7 to 8 hours at a time and we get very excited to have sleep for a longer period of time. Connor also had to go and get his 2 month shots and check- up it is so sad to have to sit and watch him get those awful shots especially since there is not one but four, but he did well and he now weighs 12 lbs and is around 25 inches long, my he is growing fast. Now that the blessing is over and the basement closets are done life might just be a little simpler but I am sure Connor will suprise us with something new and spice it up again. On a not so happy note this last Saturday we received the news that my great-grandma had passed away she lives in Oregon and we wish we could fly in for the funeral but with a two month old it is just to hard to try and take him on the plane. We are sorry for her loss but joyed that she can return to her many family members including spouse who have passed on before her, she will be missed here on this earth.
