We had a very fun filled 4th of July I love summer holidays. It started on July 3rd we went to see fireworks in North Salt Lake with a sweet friend of mine from work, and her family. It was so much fun. The fireworks were at Eaglewood golf course. We got there around 830pm and the kids played and played until the fireworks started around 10pm. Connor loves to play with other kids and had a great time.
Connor and Brady playing football
Karalee had the great idea to bring glow sticks for the kids and we were so glad that they were willing to share with Connor, he loved them.
Trying to get a picture with this kids was a little rough so this is the best we could get
Watching the fireworks
We had so much fun and the fireworks were amazing this is definitely going to be a tradition for many years to come.
The morning of the 4th Donovan wanted to go and see a movie.
So we took Connor to Brave 3-D.
After the movie we headed to Evanston, Wyoming to my grandparents house for a BBQ and fireworks. My grandparents had bought a new slip and slide and Connor had a blast playing in the water.
Grammy even took a turn down the slide
Connor made it down quicker but thought it was hilarious to watch her go down the slide
After Connor was done playing in the water we moved on to other games
After games at home and a BBQ we headed to a parking lot were everyone gathers to do fireworks.
Connor's favorite firework was the smoke bombs, don't ask me why but he loved them.
A group picture we are just missing my grandparents. My Aunt and Uncle Peggy and Norm came to visit from Oregon. It has been over 10 years since we have seen them. It was great to catch up and spend the holiday together with our family. For my immediate siblings we were only missing Karl, Ashley , and Trey hopefully next year we can all get together.
Trying to attempt a family picture, this boy is such a ham and we love him tons.
Happy 4th of July
We had a great couple of days celebrating our freedom's. I am so thankful for the men and women who have fought and continue to fight for the freedom's that we are able to enjoy daily in this country.
